I hope you are doing well.
I am considering purchasing an Olympic bar (20kg), but was hoping you could advise me on the best type to get.
I’ve been looking online and have seen some which are 6ft, 6’7ft, 7ft...... What length would you advise I get?
Also, i’m probably going to choose a York bar, can you recommend any other brands or are York the ones to go with?
What type / length of olympic bars is it you use mainly in basixgym?
