5 Burpees + as many thrusters (42.5 kg) as you can
In the remainder of the min
Keep this going until you have completed 100 Thrusters
If you can't start on the min
You must miss the round and rejoin at
The start of the next min
Scale as required IE
4 Burpees + 75 Thrusters
3 Burpees + 50 Thrusters
